The location was very convenient as it was close to the UK visa offices and within walking distance of shops and restaurants. the room was clean and calm, which made sleeping very comfortable. the hotel provided some snacks and drinks, which was a nice touch.
the parking area was not safe or well-maintained, with red mud covering the ground and difficult to navigate.

Our family had a pleasant stay in a quiet neighborhood not far from the airport. the clean rooms were equipped with a selection of snacks and drinks, and the friendly staff provided excellent service. We enjoyed the complimentary breakfast and the convenience of having 24-hour refreshments available. the hotel's location was convenient, with easy access to shops and restaurants.
There were occasional issues with the elevator, which sometimes stopped unexpectedly and required assistance from the receptionist to reset.

The temporary problem with the lift was a bit concerning, especially when it suddenly stopped. It caused some fright for my Thai fiance, and it would have been better if it was fixed promptly.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was excellent, and the hotel facilities were great. They provided a 24-hour self-service snack bar with a variety of free food and drinks, including water, fruit juice, tea, coffee. This was a convenient perk that we took advantage of throughout our stay. Additionally, the location near the airport was perfect for us as we had a short walk to all the shops and restaurants in the quiet neighborhood. The staff were friendly and accommodating, making our experience even more enjoyable.
